2011 Community of the Year

Saturday Jan 28, 2012 was an exciting night for the Bridges at Glenview Pond team.

We were recognized with 4 Gold Tommie awards.

• Excellence in Community Development
• Excellence in Kitchen Design Single Family Detached Home under $500K
• Excellence in Master Suite Design Single Family Detached Home $500K - $750
• Excellence in Website Design

This year we were especially pleased to be named 2011 community of the year for the overall design of our development and the construction of our amazing green space.  We were also very honored to have been presented with Silver Finalist Awards for “Builder of the Year”.

While winning awards is very nice, the Bridges team takes the most pride in knowing that we have satisfied owners and each home we build is a very special place, one that will stand the test of time. Our heritage style homes will hold their value and the private green space will only become more beautiful.
