2 Gold Tommie Awards in the New Home 2000 - 2999 sq.ft. category for

“Excellence in Single Family Detached Home” and for “Excellence in Master Suite Design.”

3 Silver Grand Tommies were garnered for

“Residential Development of the Year,” “Single Family Home Builder of the Year” and “Home of the Year.”
