Jim Andrews and Joe Rood form the core of Valux Homes. Together they have designed and built over 150 homes in Kelowna and the surrounding area since 1990. Their attention to detail in design and construction have earned them 19 local and provincial housing awards in a four-year period including Builder of the Year in 1996 (Central Okanagan). Jim has formerly held the local positions of Director and President of the Canadian Home Builders Association. Joe has been a construction manager and more recently a custom home builder. Both of them have attended Certified R2000 courses and the Certified Residential Builder program. They have participated in several international Custom Home Builders Symposiums.

We are readily available to respond to your questions and provide updates on the progress of your home. You will be communicating directly with the designated, exclusive builder chosen by the developers. As our office is on site, we will have a greater degree of control over quality and costs of your home. Valux Homes has made a commitment to the developer to build only at Bridges at Glenview Pond in order to provide you with exceptional communication and service.
